SHIPPING

All jewellery comes lovingly packaged in recyclable tissue, tied with a paper ribbon and stamped with a wax seal of approval before being placed into a letterbox size postage box, along with a care-tips leaflet and a business card.

Recyclable packaging is used (with the exception of the wax seal).

If you want to send this as a gift to someone with a personal message, just get in touch with me or put a note on your order to let me know what you'd like to include.

Please allow 3 working days for processing and packing.

Orders are sent via UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 (takes typically 2-3 business days and is tracked): postage for orders up to £50 is £2.50, then free after that.

If you wish to receive your item sooner, you can upgrade your shipping:

Tracked 24 (typically takes 1 business day and is tracked) - £3.50 (postage for orders over £50 is £1.50).

If you REALLY need that order asap, you can upgrade to Special delivery by 1pm Signed - £7.00

Unfortunately I'm no longer accepting orders from outside of the UK.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Due to health and safety/hygiene, earrings are non-refundable.

If on the rare occasion your item is damaged, please get in touch and let me know within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable - if on the rare occasion the item is damaged, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
